Thank you for your interest in joining a Community Grants Fund Panel for 2025-26. Filling out this form will allow us to keep you informed with relevant information about panel membership. If you sign up for an information session, we will also follow up with the webinar link closer to the time of the session. 

Please note that this form does not automatically add you to a funding panel. In early April, we will reach out to finalise panel membership.
