The Edinburgh and South East Scotland City Region Deal – Integrated Regional Employability and Skills (IRES) Programme
Overview
The Edinburgh and South East Scotland City Region Deal – Integrated Regional Employability and Skills (IRES) Programme is now co-producing a proposal for the next phase of delivery.
Current funding runs until March 2027, and this new proposal will outline plans to continue and enhance the programme from April 2027 onwards. As part of this process, we have launched a citizen consultation to help shape how the next phase of the programme should look.
We’re keen to hear from residents across the region about their experiences, aspirations, and ideas to ensure that future skills and employability initiatives truly reflect the needs and voices of the people they are designed to support.
