Public Performance Scorecard

Overview

We are looking for your feedback on our Public Performance Scorecard. The Scorecard gives an overview of how we are performing and focuses on giving a picture of the day to day running of Council services and contains a range of indicators. These cover services that a large proportion of the residents of Edinburgh use or where there is a high level of public interest and is updated on a quarterly basis.

This report is one way in which we are meeting our statutory reporting requirements and showing how we are delivering the right services when and where they are needed.

We want to ensure that the Scorecard is accessible to everyone so we have created a more accessible version of the scorecard too.

Please take some time to read the Scorecard before answering the questions.  Your feedback will be considered along with other evidence before making any changes.
