The council offers Family and Household Support Services as a single point of contact to help people access the right support at the right time.

These services are based in local neighbourhoods and the support on offer includes:

  • Paying Council Tax and rent
  • Housing, including bidding on properties through Key to Choice
  • Reporting noise and anti-social behaviour
  • Information about grants for community projects
  • Parks and greenspaces
  • Roads issues
  • Family and household advice and support (e.g. parenting advice)
  • Advice on benefits and debt
