Day Services for Adults with a Learning Disability

Overview

We want to consult with people with a learning disability who use day support services and with their carers. We want to know what is working well for you and what could be made better.  We want to have a plan for the future for all day services in the city.  

You can tell us in three ways:

1. You or your carer can answer the questions in the survey
2. Your day service will ask you some questions and you can answer them
3. You can go along to one of the meetings that People First are having.  People First are an independent advocacy service.  Your day service will send you the dates of these meetings.

If you want help ask your day support worker.

What happens next

You will be able to tell us what you think until 16 May 2016.  After that, we will read all the things that people told us.  We will use what you tell us to make a report.
