We would like to know what you think about your route to school - could it be better?

Help us to find out what the barriers are to walking, scooting and cycling to school in your area. This survey will take about 5-10 minutes to complete. We ask that each family complete only one survey. If you have children at more than one school in the cluster, then feel free to complete one for each school.

Your responses will be kept confidential and neither your name nor your child’s name will be associated with any results.
