Play Sufficiency Assessment – Community Council Questionnaire
Overview
This short questionnaire aims to gather local insights about formal and informal outdoor play opportunities within your area. This is part of the Play Sufficiency Assessment, and the findings will be part of the Evidence Report for City Plan 2040. Your feedback will help assess how well the current provision of play spaces meets the needs of children and young people.
By formal areas of play we mean areas that have been purposely designed for play such as playgrounds, multi-use games area (MUGAs), ball courts, etc. By informal areas of play we mean outdoor spaces that are not primarily designated for play but offer opportunities for it, for example parks, woodlands, open spaces, local streets.
