Proposed Firework Control Zone: Seafield
Members of this community have requested a Firework Control Zone to be put in place. This means that, if put in place, certain fireworks will no longer be permitted to be set off in this area.
This also means that it will be a crime under the Fireworks and pyrotechnics Act Scotland 2022, enforceable by law, by which you can be arrested if you set one off in a Fireworks Control Zone.
We would like your views on having a Firework Control Zone in this area.

The proposed Firework Control Zone runs from Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental, on Seafield Road East, along the Beach to Inchview Terrace up to Findlay Grove. It then goes along to Findlay Gardens before going back to Seafield Road East at Arnold Clark.
