Council Homes Repairs Policy 2018

Overview

The repairs policy for Council homes was last published in 2012. We have now updated the policy with some new and up to date information.

The policy overall remains largely unchanged, but now includes some additional information about fire safety in high rise blocks and how to prevent blocked bin chutes. We have also updated the information in the useful numbers section to keep it up to date.

We would like to find out if our tenants find the updates useful and easy to understand.
