We have prepared draft Supplementary Guidance on Developer Contributions and Infrastructure provision for consultation. The supplementary guidance

• sets out the Council’s approach to infrastructure provision and improvements associated with development and,
• aims to ensure that developers make a fair and realistic contribution to the delivery of necessary infrastructure provision and improvements associated with development.
