Proposed changes to licensing conditions for second hand dealers
Overview
The Council has proposed certain changes to the licensing requirements for second hand dealers.
The proposed conditions cover all second hand dealers, including those dealing in clothing and textiles.
The proposed conditions aim to help to modernise and improve the Licensing Service.

The Committee further instructed that, prior to any changes being finalised, the views of licence holders and other stakeholders should be obtained.
This consultation will run until 24 April 2015, and results will be presented to the Regulatory Committee in due course.
