Museum and Galleries Commercial Plan Survey

Closed 16 Mar 2018

Opened 2 Mar 2018

Overview

A new Commercial Plan is currently being developed, which is designed to ensure that all possible revenue generating opportunities for Museums & Galleries Edinburgh are maximised. To help ensure that all bases are covered, we would greatly appreciate your input and suggestions.

Why your views matter

We know that there are a great many potential income opportunities and we have already received many ideas for income generation. We are now looking to collate all of these ideas into a single plan, in priority order, with a time line to cover the proposed implementation of each.

We have identified 15 potential areas for the Commercial Plan and would welcome your thoughts and suggestions on any/each of them, as well as any suggestions for any additional opportunities and to note the areas you feel we should prioritise in the months ahead.

What happens next

Museums & Galleries Edinburgh and our partners at Marketing Edinburgh will analyse the survey responses and use the feedback and suggestions to help shape a new commercial plan for Museums & Galleries Edinburgh. The commercial plan will provide the basis for all decision making regarding the generation of income over the next three years.

We greatly appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey.
