Why we need the following information and how it will be used
The Council uses this information to ensure that responses to consultations are genuine and that each person is submitting only one response. Our report will include all the responses to this consultation that are made on the Consultation Hub, but we will not publish individual names, email addresses or postcodes. We will publish the names of organisations. The data that you provide will not otherwise be shared and will be stored in accordance with the Council’s records management policy.
