Planning for Change, Delivering Services 2019-2023 Phase Two

Closed 11 Feb 2019

Opened 18 Jan 2019

Overview

Thanks to everyone who gave us feedback on developing a four-year plan to meet the changing demands of our city and its services.

Why your views matter

The September engagement marked the start of this work. Since then we have done further work on how we can continue to deliver services, while balancing our budgets for next year and beyond.

This list of savings proposals takes into account the draft Scottish Government budget, which has meant that we need to save more than we originally anticipated. We therefore want to hear from you again on how you think our work has progressed and whether you think we have prioritised the correct services.

You can read the summary of the change strategy and budget or download the full strategy and budget proposals.
