Corstorphine Town Centre Supplementary Guidance Review

Closed 27 Aug 2017

Opened 17 Jul 2017

Overview

The Council is responsible for managing the mix of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and other uses in its town centres.  We are reviewing the current town centre Supplementary Guidance for Corstorphine. This will set out where uses can change and how we plan for a mix of uses to support the town centres as a place to shop, visit, live and work.

Why We Are Consulting

We are seeking the views of all those who shop, visit, live and work in the Corstorphine town centre.  We would like to hear your views on the draft review of planning for a mix of uses in Corstorphine.  Please read the review of the Supplementary Guidance before completing the survey below.

What Happens Next

After the consultation we will consider any amendments to the town centre Supplementary Guidance.  Any modifications will then be reported to one of the Council’s Committee’s for approval.  The Supplementary Guidance will then used in assessing planning applications alongside the Local Development Plan.
