  • Late Hours Catering Licence policy

    A late hours licence is required for the use of premises between 23:00 and 05:00 for the sale of food to the public. To help address issues of noise and disturbance from premises trading during unsocial hours the Council introduced general guidelines and licensing conditions in 1985.
