    We have been working on developing a business case to expand the tram network in Edinburgh. With a west to east route, from the Airport to Newhaven, now successfully running, we are proposing a north to south route.   • 2026/27 Housing Budget Consultation

    Every year we ask tenants for their views on the rent they pay. In February 2024, Councillors agreed to increase rent by 7% every year, for five years, starting in April 2024. 2026/27 will be the third year of the five-year period.
