    There are two types of licensed vehicle in Edinburgh: taxis and Private Hire Cars.   • Late Hours Catering - 'delivery only' services

    A Late Hours Catering Licence is required for the use of premises between 23:00 and 05:00hrs for the sale of food to the public.
